The Viking Gold 2005 XBR is 2mm wider in the heel and is 4 mm wider at the ball of the foot than the ordinary Nagano Gold 2005 boot. The Gold 2005 boots have a lining of calf’s leather instead of split croupon, the part in the area of the ankles is more extended to the front. The kangaroo leather boots have a thermoplastic foam padding; one pair is about 120 gram lighter than a pair of the Gold 2000 boots.
